Cylerity was founded in the belief that healthcare payments based on valid Medicare claims were, at their heart, U.S. Treasury obligations that would, when certifiably valued with regard to both true payment amount and timing, have significant follow-on implications for both collateral value and future securitization.

As a former Vice President at both Citibank and Chase, Bill successfully managed large scale corporate and government payment services operations including healthcare electronic payments. At Chase he started the Health Care Electronic Payments & Information business unit. At Citibank his Government Services Division booked record profits and service quality while processing more than five million payments annually.

He was also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Systemedics, a medical billing and practice management company. Bill guided Systemedics from start- up, through expansion with clients in more than 30 states, and acquisition in its fourth year by a Fortune 100 healthcare corporation.
