Carlos has developed and implemented financial models, reporting frameworks, and capital strategies that enable organizations to operate with clarity and confidence. His expertise spans forecasting, capital planning, and operational finance across dynamic and rapidly scaling environments.

He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and completed advanced CFO certification at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
