Michael Saito builds the operational foundation that allows Cylerity to scale with discipline. As Director of Operations, he develops the processes, governance, and compliance functions that support efficient growth and the responsible management of deployed capital—helping turn complex healthcare finance into a system built for speed, control, and trust.

Michael brings deep experience operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, regulation, and national infrastructure. At Epic, he created and helped scale Epic Nexus QHIN, translating a new federal interoperability framework into a business and operating strategy spanning product, cybersecurity, contracting, governance, customer adoption, and implementation. He later led trust framework operations at The Sequoia Project across Carequality and TEFCA, building oversight systems for healthcare networks operating at national scale.

His expertise lies in turning ambiguity into execution. Michael designs operating models, establishes clear ownership, builds scalable controls, and aligns technical, legal, regulatory, and business stakeholders around decisions that can withstand complexity. He has led regulatory strategy, international healthcare implementations, participant oversight, audit programs, and cross-functional initiatives where trust and precision are essential.
